Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse products, add items to your cart, and click "Proceed to Checkout". Fill in your delivery address, choose your delivery method and payment option, then click "Place Order". You'll receive a confirmation once we process it.

Can I order without an account?

No — you need to register for a free account to place orders. This lets us track your orders and send you updates. Registration takes under a minute.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone if you need to change or cancel. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for our return policy.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Harare instant delivery: 2–4 hours. Same-day delivery within 100km of Harare: end of business day. Next-day delivery to Bulawayo, Mutare, and other cities: next business day.

What does delivery cost?

Harare instant: $3. Within 100km same-day: $5. Bulawayo/Mutare next-day: $10. In-store collection is always free.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes — we deliver Monday to Saturday. Sunday deliveries are available for urgent orders — contact us to arrange.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

EcoCash, ZimSwitch/POS, Bank Transfer (ZB Bank), and Cash on Delivery. See our Payment page for full details.

Is it safe to pay online?

Always pay through the official PartsHyper checkout — never send money directly to individual sellers. Our checkout is served over HTTPS and we never store your card details.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes. Select "Cash on Delivery" or "ZimSwitch / POS" at checkout. Have your payment ready when the delivery agent arrives.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer an 80% money payback guarantee. Return eligible items within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and unmodified. See our Guarantee page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Contact us within 7 days via phone or email (info@partshyper.co.zw) with your order number and photos of the item. We'll guide you through the return process.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Selling

How do I start selling on PartsHyper?

Visit our Sell on PartsHyper page for full details. It costs $10/month with no commissions — open a shop at myshop/register.php.

Is there a commission on sales?

No. We charge a flat $10/month listing fee. Every dollar from your sales is yours to keep.
